For deliveries, Gourmet Dairy Co Online serves customers only within QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS & NT. Please note that all orders will be dispatched from our facility on Mondays ONLY to ensure timely delivery of our products.

Pickup: Our pickup service is available every Friday from 8am to 12pm. Once you place your order online, you will receive an email from our team when it’s ready for pickup.

DELIVERY NOTES:​
At Gourmet Dairy Co, we are dedicated to delivering your orders within the estimated time frames. Please remember that these estimates are based on business days, excluding public holidays. Since our products are perishable, we only dispatch them on Mondays via express delivery to ensure they arrive fresh. Orders placed after 7am on Mondays will be dispatched the following week.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout.

To ensure the timely delivery and freshness of your Gourmet Dairy Co items, please make sure someone is available to receive the package upon arrival. If no one is present, the items may be left unattended, for which Gourmet Dairy Co cannot be held responsible.

While we aim to pack and dispatch your orders in a timely manner, occasional stock shortages may cause minor delays. Restocking typically takes a few days for us to manufacture the products, extending delivery times to 6–8 business days from the receipt of your order. Although we strive to meet these timelines, they are not guaranteed.

Pick-ups from our facility are available Fridays only from 8 am to 12 pm.

Gourmet Dairy Co currently only ships to QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS & NT.

RETURN POLICY:
At Gourmet Dairy Co, we prioritise the quality and satisfaction of our customers. As our products are perishable, we do NOT accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are committed to resolving them promptly.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team and provide the following details:

Photo of the Issue: Include a clear photo showing the problem with the product or issue at hand.

Order Code: Provide the order code if the item was purchased online.

Batch and Expiry Date: Include the batch number and expiry date found on the product packaging.
